Thank you for choosing Whatrobe. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains that all purchases made through Whatrobe are final. By using our Services, you agree to this policy.

2. No Cancellations

Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled. We do not offer cancellations for any subscriptions, services, or products once the payment has been successfully processed.

3. No Refunds

All payments made to Whatrobe are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, premium plan charges, and one-time payments for services.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as an unintentional duplicate payment, you may contact us at support@whatrobe.com within 7 days of the transaction. We reserve the right to evaluate such cases at our sole discretion. Our decision regarding refunds is final.

5. Subscription Management

You are responsible for managing your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Changes will apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for downgrades or cancellations.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Whatrobe to resolve an issue is a violation of this Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of unauthorized chargebacks.

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through our Services or by other appropriate means.
